Under $20K?

We will be honest with you, because we would rather do it here than in your driveway. Under $20,000 in North Jersey gets you walls, floors and lights. Builder grade, no bathroom, no design, none of what you see above. That is not what we build. A true finished basement starts at $40,000, and our recent builds have averaged $50,000 to $60,000, because we take no shortcuts. If you want a basement that adds real value to your home, you are in exactly the right place.

Square footage

The single biggest driver. A 600 sq ft basement and a 1,400 sq ft basement are different projects.

Adding a bathroom

Plumbing below grade is real work. A full bath adds cost, and adds the most resale value.

Wet bar or kitchenette

Cabinetry, counters, plumbing and appliances. The upgrade guests notice first.

Before you ask

How long does a basement take?+

Most of our basements are finished in 3 to 8 weeks once the build starts, depending on size and scope. The design phase before that moves as fast as your decisions do.

Do you handle permits?+

Yes, everything. We are general contractors. Permits, inspections, plumbing, electric and HVAC coordination are all part of the job, not your homework.

Do you offer financing?+

Yes. We work with financing partners so you can spread the investment out instead of paying everything up front. Ask about it on your consultation and we will walk you through the options.

I don't know exactly what I want. Is that a problem?+

That is exactly what the free design consultation is for. Our in-house designer will show you options for your specific space, with mock-ups, before you commit to anything.

Where do you build?+

North Jersey only. Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris and Hudson counties. That is on purpose. Staying local is how we keep our crews consistent and our timelines honest.
